Centre Operations Coordinator

The Centre Administration Officer plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative, coordination, and communication tasks to ensure the smooth delivery of our programs.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Senior Operations Manager/Area Manager and other team members, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Coordination and Communication: Coordinate and communicate with key stakeholders, including partner organisations, consultants, and area managers, to ensure effective service delivery.
- Project Support: Assist with project tasks, including research, data analysis, and report writing, to support the development and implementation of our programs.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information and support.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives, including participating in meetings, contributing to discussions, and providing support and guidance as needed.
- Excellent Financial and Literary Skills: Possess strong financial and literary skills, including proficiency in computer software systems.
- Frontline Customer Service Experience: Have experience in providing frontline customer service, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information and support.
- Organisational Skills: Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, including attention to detail, time management, and prioritisation.
- Cultural Competence: Be able to work effectively with a culturally diverse group, including understanding and respecting different cultures, values, and beliefs.
- Autonomy and Initiative: Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously with a high degree of initiative, including taking ownership of tasks and projects, and seeking guidance and support as needed.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication, and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external partners.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance: Possess a NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance or be willing to obtain one.
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence: Hold a current Victorian Drivers Licence.
- Full Vaccination against Covid-19: Be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
