All about your role:
Cater Care Services seeks to appoint a culinary professional with leadership experience to the role of Head Chef at our mining village operation in Wolleebe Creek QLD . This is a role based on 14/7 roster , fly in and fly out from Brisbane or DIDO from Toowoomba
- Food preparation and presentation (breakfast, crib, dinner and functions)
- Adherence to dietary requirements (allergies, special requests)
- Assist with stock ordering, rotation and stocktaking
- Maintain a clean kitchen, equipment and utensils
- Adherence to legislated food hygiene and general safety practices
- Fast, effective service provided with a smile
- Assisting the broader team as required
