How will I help?

DCF is seeking an experienced, high-performing Senior Product Owner to manage Business Credit Cards, part of the Consumer Finance Portfolio within DCF, with dotted-line reporting into Business & Wealth. This end-to-end role offers full P&L ownership across the lifecycle of the portfolio, targeting Micro and SME segments—a growing priority for the industry and the Group.

You’ll lead a team responsible for:

Driving commercial outcomes, strategic initiatives, and product governance for the Business Credit Card portfolio

Collaborating with cross-BU stakeholders across CTB, Business Banking, and Group Operations.

Executing both immediate fixes and long-term strategic growth opportunities, including CVP enhancements, simplification, and portfolio management.

Your responsibilities include:

Supporting the Service Owner in managing P&L performance, end-to-end transformation initiatives, and benefit realization.

Developing and refining the product CVP and strategy, including horizon roadmap and delivery pathways.

Owning product operational items and risk governance, proactively managing Junos, controls, and business processes.

Leading cross-functional teams to optimize commercial value and ensure customer commitments are met.

Acting as a key influencer across executive stakeholders, Business Banking, CTB, Digital & CF, and Technology.

What’s in it for me?

This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of a growing portfolio, directly contributing to Group priorities in the Micro and SME segments. You’ll have end-to-end ownership of a product with significant strategic growth potential, while enjoying the support of a collaborative, high-performing team. We’ll back you in developing your career, with internal opportunities and a flexible working environment.

What do I need?

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

Strategic thinking with a strong focus on tactical execution and commercial outcomes.

A customer-first mindset, coupled with a passion for simplifying and enhancing customer propositions.

Experience in CVP and proposition development, with the ability to pivot designs to meet business constraints.

Strong P&L management experience and a commercial, entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving.

Proven ability to navigate complex matrix organizations, managing risks and influencing stakeholders across all levels.

A proactive approach to risk management, governance, and compliance.

Exceptional leadership and negotiation skills, with a "mini CEO" mindset.
