We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team at Eucalyptus. As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing healthcare delivery by owning product experiences that blend technology with compassionate care, ensuring our telehealth offerings are scalable, personalized, and patient-centric. Responsibilities
As a Senior Product Manager, you will:
- Report to and work closely with the Group Product Manager to create patient-first product experiences, innovating on how people engage with market-leading telehealthcare across the globe.
- Collaborate with teams across the business, from engineering and operations to clinical safety and healthcare services, to shape and execute a product roadmap that enhances patient outcomes, optimizes clinical workflows, and delivers long-term business value.
- Lean on metrics to measure success, consider trade-offs of the unit economics of our customers for long-term success of the business.
- Work closely with Product Design to create experiences that our patients value.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of your product area, identify opportunities for optimization and iteration for our product roadmap. Continually experiment with new ideas, build upon them and share your learnings along the way.
- Analyze and assess opportunities: determine leading indicators and other key metrics to measure success and develop a plan to achieve it.
- Conduct research with internal stakeholders, customers, and in the healthcare industry to develop solutions that solve genuine problems at scale.
- Engage with stakeholders across the business, to ensure a cohesive experience across all our touchpoints.
- Drive and measure valuable outcomes to build long-term relationships with our customers across their health needs.
- Contribute to the Product Management culture and craft.
