About the Role
As a Member Education Specialist, you'll play a vital role in providing personalized support and guidance to our members. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging one-on-one with members to address complex superannuation queries.
  • Educating individuals and member groups through tailored sessions, workshops, and presentations.
  • Delivering high-quality member education in various settings, including face-to-face interactions and seminars.
  • Enhancing member understanding of the super fund's offerings and helping them make informed financial decisions.

About You
You are a proactive, member-focused professional with a solid background in superannuation. Ideally, you have experience in:

  • A member-facing role within the superannuation sector.
  • Delivering one-on-one member contact, preferably in face-to-face environments.
  • Conducting seminars, talks, or workshops on financial or superannuation topics.
