As the Organisation Design and People Implementation Lead within the Retail Transformation team, you will enable the delivery of the Customer Markets strategy by leading the implementation of people and cultural changes to be delivered through operating model transformation. Specifically, this role will lead the delivery of the organisation design and people implementation elements of the operating model transformation. The role will need to partner extensively across Customer Markets and People & Culture ensuring that Customer Markets’ needs are translated into operating model design and all people change is implemented effectively.
What you’ll be doing:
Managing the end-to-end delivery of the organisation design and people elements of a business unit operating model change and coordinating the successful completion of project deliverables, identifying risks and problems, building mitigation plans and solutions, and supporting the implementation of changes and solutions impacting different functions and processes.
Leading all activities in relation to conducting, identifying and managing people related impact assessments, risk mitigation, engagement and capability uplift as part of the operating model implementation as well as coaching and mentoring leaders and leveraging support from P&C team and partner organisations as appropriate.
Collaborating with AGL’s consulting partner to work with key business stakeholders on organisation design and change related issues and requirements, scope and develop a structured approach to developing and implementing solutions and building AGL’s enduring capability on org design and agile operating models.
Building excitement and change advocacy by working in partnership with the change and comms team to deliver co-developed change and communications strategies.
What you’ll bring:
Tertiary qualification in business, commerce, legal or related discipline required as well as formal qualification or relevant experience in program management/Scaled Agile Framework in the energy or related industry.
Experience working with Change Management methodologies, HCD, Agile or Lean six sigma methodologies or similar.
Strengths in managing multi-disciplinary teams, managing complexity, and leading through ambiguity, working in a fast-paced fluid environment.
Project delivery experience across a diverse range of projects e.g. business transformation, cultural change or HR projects.
Proven success in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders at various levels of the organisation including at Executive level.
Record of driving cross-functional strategies and teamwork to deliver business outcomes, and excellent problem solver and strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen linked to focused delivery and proven track record in complex Project Management.
