Do you have a passion for Tools and want to branch out into the Business Development side? Well we have an exciting new opportunity that would see you ticking those boxes. We are currently seeking multiple BDM's to service our Melbourne Metropolitan and surrounding suburbs.
If you thrive on customer service and enjoy building and developing relationships then this role could be for you. This role will service a geographical territory by driving the Mobile Tool Store (MTS) with the primary focus of developing a MTS sustainable business model.
As a Repco BDM your duties will include (but not limited to):
Achieve Budgeted Sales and Margin Adhere to the Health & Safety Policies of the Business Maintain mobile store appearance & presentation to acceptable professional level at all times. Be able to store Mobile Tool Store safely & securely at your place of residence. Provide Regular Communication (Internal and External) Implement Monthly Promotional Activity Review Pricing to Meet Current Marketplace Attend Sales Meetings and Tradeshows Promote & Sell Repco Own Brand along with Milwaukee Product Range Develop key relationships Inventory Management Manage Territory to Focus on Current & New Business Sales Growth Administer tool warranties professionally & in line with manufacturer repair/replacement policiesSounds like you?

Communication and Selling Skills Ability to Operate Independently & efficiently Be self-motivated with a proactive Attitude Mechanical Aptitude &/or industry experience Professional Selling Skills Customer Relationship Management Commitment to following through on promises & being a solutions provider. Team Player Technology CompetentThis is a great opportunity for someone who is a self-starter with energy, drive and confidence to take their sales career to the next level. Must hold Current driver's license & be competent in your ability to drive the Mobile Tool Store
