The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Strategy Manager to support the Faculty Dean and General Manager in driving growth strategies and business planning at the Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, Monash Parkville.

The Business Strategy Manager will support the Faculty Dean and General Manager in growth strategies and business planning to meet the education and research goals of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, and Monash Parkville. The incumbent will lead Faculty budgeting to support those goals and financial management of the Faculty in achieving them.  

As a pivotal member of our Faculty Executive, you will lead the development and management of a substantial budget, totalling $150 million annually. Your expertise will be instrumental in aligning financial resources with our ambitious education and research goals, ensuring sustainable support for our strategic objectives.

With a secondary reporting line to the Monash CFO, the Business Strategy Manager has a role to contribute to the overall financial management of the University, the business analytical capability of the University, and its finance services and processes.
