**About the Role**
Working closely with the Head of School and School Manager, as the Strategy, Engagement and Communications Coordinator, you will play an important role in enabling the implementation and evaluation of the new School strategy, overseeing specific aspects of the plan and related projects as they become active, and improving the School’s approach to engagement and communications.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing, implementing and coordinating an evaluation framework, including analysis of progress against key performance metrics and strategic objectives, for reporting to the Head of School, School Manager and School Executive.
- Developing and coordinate a range of communication strategies, materials and events or a variety of audiences and media, while working collaboratively within University communications protocols.
- Build effective links with academic and professional staff leaders across the School, broader University and external partners to ensure effective and efficient implementation of School strategy.
**Who We Are Looking For**
We are seeking a highly energetic and motivated Coordinator who is passionate about research and teaching programs within the tertiary sector. You will demonstrate high-level conceptual, analytic, and communication (written, verbal and presentation) skills as well as excellent interpersonal attributes.
You will also have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification and/or experience in a similar role in a large and complex organisation.
- Demonstrate experience in strategic planning and implementing communication strategies (internal and external) including developing material for web, social media and written formats, and event management.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines, with a proven capacity to work on multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
