About the role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and self-motivated Administration Assistant. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to a range of administrative roles including reception, accounts and minuting of meetings. This is a permanent part time opportunity working 30 hours per week across Monday to Friday.

About you:

  • Commitment to engage and align with Peninsula Village ICCARE Values.
  • Certificate III in Business Administration and previous experience in an administrative based role. Reception experience advantageous.
  • An ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Self-motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Able to demonstrate competency with MS Office products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and respectful of the rights and needs of others.
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
