About the role
This is a full time permanent opportunity located in Brisbane CBD.
The End User Compute Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining Stanwell’s End User Compute (EUC) and Workplace Technology environment. This involves the delivery, support, administration and maintenance of the EUC and Workplace Technology platforms.
Key activities include:
Administration: Install, configure, monitor operating systems, associated software, and hardware components for the Workplace Technology platforms such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Management(MECM), Intune, Citrix, and M365 platforms (including Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, EntraID and SharePoint) Automation: Plan, standardise and automate repeatable operational processes using Infrastructure as Code scripting technologies for the Workplace Technology platforms. Performance Optimisation: Monitor and optimise the Workplace Technology platforms to achieve high performance, availability, and cost-effectiveness. Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Workplace Technology platforms and provide ongoing support. Life Cycling: Plan, document and implement warranty and end of support.About you
Experience in developing, implementing, and managing EUC and Workplace Technology environments. Well-developed capabilities in Managed Operating Environment Management, MECM, Intune, Citrix, M365 Administration (Exchange, Teams, One Drive, etc) and Identity & Access Management. Experience working with and enhancing IT Service Management processes. Relevant EUC and Workplace Technology certifications.Benefits:
