**About the Role**:
NHP has an opportunity available for an experienced Business Development - End Users to join their dynamic and successful team in Brisbane.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will have full flexibility, ownership and will develop customer account strategies that will increase NHP’s market share throughout Queensland.

As a Business Development - End Users, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and maintaining relationships with key end user customers in the Electrical industry, such as manufacturers, utilities, contractors, consultants and OEMs. You will understand their needs, challenges and opportunities, and provide them with solutions that leverage NHP's portfolio of products and services. You will also collaborate with other sales and technical teams within NHP to ensure a coordinated and consistent approach to the end user market.

**Technical training & support provided **At the cornerstone of NHP’s success, technical training and business support tools are high upon the agenda for personal & professional growth. With a variety of expertly developed programs that are both internal and externally produced they position NHP as a market leader in the field of staff training.

**Ideally you will have / be**:

- Electrical industry experience including Industrial Automation
- A track record in delivering sales results & servicing customer needs
- An ability to ‘listen to the customer’ & translate needs into business solutions
- Exceptional communicator with strong influencing & relationship building skills
- Highly motivated with a drive to succeed
- Effective time management & organizational skills
