Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employees and management regarding employee relations matters.
  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and issues, ensuring fair and consistent treatment.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into employee misconduct and policy violations, presenting findings and recommendations.
  • Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to management on best practices for handling employee relations issues.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on employee relations topics to enhance managers' understanding and skills.
  • Collaborate with other HR professionals on initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in employee relations or a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred.
