We are seeking two experienced Infrastructure Senior Project Managers to deliver global IT infrastructure initiatives as a part a dynamic project delivery team, including Solution Architects, Delivery Managers and Service Owners. These are Senior Project Manager roles and as such you must be ready to tackle a variety of project demands on a global scale, and hold the experience to plan, and deliver, quality, on budget projects in the IT infrastructure space.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated competency in project and program management within change and transformation initiatives, as well as expertise in quality assurance. Strong skills in financial management, strategic planning, and relationship management are essential for driving successful outcomes and fostering effective stakeholder engagement.

The key responsibilities of this role are:

  • Plan, control and manage the delivery of business and technology project/s, or IT components of project/s, over the full project lifecycle (design, build, test, deployment)

  • Develop and/or assist in the preparation of business cases and other project documents

  • Manage and be accountable for the project schedule, resource planning, milestones and dependencies

  • Manage the project team’s internal and external resources making the best and most efficient use of their skills

  • Manage risks, issues and variations proactively, ensuring all follow up actions are taken and shown to be effective

  • Apply appropriate project governance in alignment with Toll Group ePMO frameworks and expectations

  • Manage quality and deliverable acceptance processes

  • Manage stakeholders and project related communications and engagement activities

  • Report accurately and completely on progress and project status

  • Participate in post-implementation reviews and health checks of projects, making recommendations and identifying lessons learned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related discipline

  • PMP / PMI / PRINCE2 /PMBOK or equivalent certification desirable

  • IIBA Certification CBAP or comparable experience desirable

Desired Experience

  • Demonstrable track record of successfully contributing to the delivery of complex, large scale IT projects (10+ years’ experience).

  • Proven direct experience in either Agile and Waterfall project methodologies and SDLC processes

  • Experience working with 3rd party IT providers and/or system integrators

  • Planning and conducting workshops to translate business requirements in to a 'fit for purpose' solution

  • Understanding of business case development and benefits realisation

  • Demonstrated experience in business process re-engineering and business requirements analysis

  • Knowledge of PRINCE2 / PMBoK project management methodology or equivalent

  • Financial understanding including Capex / Opex knowledge, business case development and benefits realisation

  • Experience with techniques such as use case analysis, data/process flow diagramming, process mapping and detailed business and functional requirements documentation

  • Working in an offshore environment

We have one 12 month Fixed Term Contract role and 1 Permanent position available.
