As a Business Development Manager at PPG, you will be responsible for the growth of sales and market share within our Protec Refinish & Commercial Performance Coatings business in Rocklea, QLD. Put your existing negotiation and influencing skills to the test in this exciting and challenging role 


Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve the sales, profit, and growth targets for the Commercial Performance Coatings (CPC) & Protec Refinish business in Queensland.
  • Formulate strategies to increase market share by winning new business.
  • Develop and implement call cycles.
  • Deliver professional product/brand presentations to prospective customers.

Qualifications/Skills

  • Proven ability and track record in securing new business.
  • Trade qualification in spray painting is highly regarded but not crucial.
  • Excellent communication and social skills along with the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels.
  • A high degree of self-management and ability to operate autonomously.
  • Current valid driver’s license.
