Our dedicated frontline consultants are helping members through breakdowns, consulting on the best products to meet their needs and helping them get the most out of their membership with RAC.

As a Sales and Service Manager, you will lead and deliver outstanding sales performance through the coaching, development and engagement of Team Managers within our contact centre.

What will you be doing?

  • Leading a diverse cohort of Frontline Team Managers to guide and inspire their people to deliver exceptional member experiences and generate the crucial revenue needed to deliver on our purpose.
  • Support and monitor the performance measures ranging from member experience to compliance and employee engagement
  • Develop your team and support them in identifying career growth opportunities through ongoing coaching
  • Foster highly engaged teams that are connected to our purpose and RAC vision and mission.
  • Demonstrate your well-tuned project and change management skills by leading and delivering key change initiatives.
  • Collaborate with our business partners to monitor performance and ensure consistency and continuous improvement
