The 1:1 Campaign Automation Specialist is responsible for:
Building and executing 1:1 automated event and trigger-based marketing programs using our marketing automation platform. This includes executing needs based 1:1 automated event and trigger-based marketing programs to grow customer lifetime value and generating revenue.Assist with defining and automating 1:1 marketing & personalised communication programs.Support Brand Marketing teams with 1:1 customer marketing programs.Assist with defining & automating personalised communications programs.Assist with developing new capabilities, MVPs and future needs for customer 1:1 marketing.Assist with developing and implementing connected customer journeys across different touch points.More specifically, you will:
Execute 1:1 marketing campaigns to support brand, financial and customer objectivesExecute 1:1 marketing automated event and trigger-based marketing programs as required.Execute frameworks and processes for campaign delivery.Execute programs to drive usage the app as required.Implement audience and trigger-based programs in collaboration with broader Customer MarketingIdentify and integrate new sources of data to drive program insight and effectiveness.Ongoing optimisation of 1:1 comms programs.Execute test and learn programs to drive marketing effectiveness existing campaigns and programs.Execute key retention strategies.Integration of Next Best Action and other key analytical models into programsDevelop ongoing new strategic initiatives for the 1 to 1 Marketing programs.Manage change requests for future/ existing campaigns.Maintain inhouse ownership and monitoring of key lifecycle programs.Work within Customer 1:1 lifecycle squads to build campaigns and provide technical fixes.About You:
Tertiary Degree in IT, Business or Marketing Mandatory Certification in SFMC, Responsys or Adobe Campaign desirable3+ years’ experience in a similar environment (either Client or Agency side) with a focus on direct marketing and/or customer marketing. Executing customer 1:1 marketing – eDM, SMS or Push campaigns.Key Capabilities:
Direct marketing processes – including eDM, SMS and content.Experience with building emails using modular templates.Can troubleshoot HTML bugs.Some experience with Java script or email personalisation languages eg. AMPscript or RPLBuilding and scheduling 1:1 automated event and trigger-based marketing programs including retention and loyalty programs to eDM, SMS and/ or Push channelsUnderstanding of analytics and marketing automation technologyHighly effective communication and consulting skillsA results driven outlook with proven ability to deliverPlanning, Organising and Attention to detail.Developed problem solving and analytical skills.Enthusiasm for marketing technology and data to identify opportunities & threats.Exposure to ROI marketing managementAbility to manage an allocated budget.Skilled in co-ordinating with external partiesWe believe we are at our best when our workforce is as diverse, talented and passionate as the communities in which we live and operate, and where our people feel included, valued and connected.
