The corporate travel division of Flight Centre Travel Group comprises of a diverse range of corporate travel brands, headlined by the global powerhouses of FCM and Corporate Traveller. The direct team consists of 5 staff members across the globe and is part of a larger corporate group. The team is independent, diverse, inclusive, work's autonomously and has the technical ability, matched with the tenacity to excel at everything they do.

The position on offer:

Being the primary owner of Marketing Automation Platform in the ANZ region.

With a thorough understanding of our prospects, customers, and brands, you will develop and lead the regional automation strategy to acquire, implement, and retain customers. You will drive the execution and optimization of this strategy, ensuring it aligns with our customer journey maps and personas.

You will support the global automation platform alongside the Global Marketing Automation Manager, assisting with the implementation, administration, and adoption of Eloqua across brands to meet project and business needs. This role involves working on regional tactics and plans daily, in conjunction with global projects, to support the overall improvement of the business worldwide.

Primary accountabilities & objectives:

Email & CRM:

Monitoring and reporting on data, metrics, analytics and optimisation Customer journey building, campaign set up, email design, testing and execution Ensure all solutions configured in Eloqua abide by spam and privacy laws of your region Responsible for supporting/training new and current Eloqua users with their questions Serve as the regional expert and top user of Eloqua cross-functionally on global teams Work to increase adoption and functionality within FCTG to ensure "One Best Way" for Eloqua Manage and build the in-region automation strategy for lead generation, implementation and retention tailored across multiple personas and brands End-to-end email campaign management, including email builds, QA, dynamic list segmentations and proper deployment Continually seek opportunities to advance automation efforts. Create the logic, build and launching automation campaigns for global teams Manage and enhance A/B testing roadmap within email and providing continual results and recommendations for internal stakeholders Regional product support – build superior level product knowledge and support best practice for implementation, program development and campaign execution

Your Experience:

Email Marketing Salesforce CRM Analytics and Reporting 2 Years in a similar type of role Data Management and Database Management Marketing Automation Tools (Eloqua preferred but not required - SFMC, Pardot [Account Engagement])
