We are looking for a marketing specialist who enjoys working within the Tech industry with B2B experience to join a friendly and collaborative marketing team. Ideally, we are looking for a person with strong commercial acumen and a passion for data analytics who not only understands the customer journey but has proven ability in creating tailored customer experiences that nurture and build loyalty as well as attract new customers. You will be the go-to person for content creation and strategy execution across social media channels, website and EDM’s, with end-to-end campaign management experience being essential.

This is a 6 month full-time contract with the option of working 100% remote ( 1 day per week hot desk option is available.)

( SaaS industry experience is highly regarded but not essential)

**Role responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Content creation for Social media, EDM, Website, Blog, case studies and e-books.
- Assist with event coordination and merch when required.
- Testing, learning and implementing an approach to acquire users of free and paid products.
- Owned channel experience and execution of the Social Media strategy.
- Develop targeted content for retention and acquisition campaigns to include sales, growth and product marketing.
- CRM strategy and management experience -Customer Journey/creating nuture flows using data and performance metrics.
- Work with a cross-functional team to create engaging and optimized content for a great reader experience.
- Understand SEO strategies, while making sure editorial integrity takes priority.
- Brief development - writing briefs for internal and external teams.
- Monitoring ongoing campaign performance, keeping accurate records and highlighting where opportunities and improvements can occur.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- A proactive, confident and collaborative approach to work.
- Experience using marketing automation software.
- Data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Experience in multi-channel acquisition strategies, including content, search, social, paid and affiliate marketing.
- Dot Com / SaaS / UX background is highly regarded.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and setting expectations with stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team and make contributions to the overall strategy.
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience (ideally SaaS, dot com, construction background.)
