About the Role

Enhance resident or client well-being through comprehensive assessments of their diverse needs. Design and implement personalized programs to address these requirements. Serve as a resource for Residential Care staff in achieving our common goal. Note:This job profile typically aligns with positions within Anglicare, such as Care Supervisor.

  • Maximum Term Full Time position based in Norwest and moving to Macquarie Exchange in 2025

About the role:

Do you have excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping people? We are looking for an outstanding Customer Engagement Officer (known internally as In-Take Home Care) to provide excellent service to prospective new clients and their families. You will ensure all incoming calls and referrals are monitored and actioned promptly, and handled in alignment with our values of integrity, justice, compassion and excellence. You will have excellent computer skills and knowledge of Aged Care is preferred.

As a Customer Engagement Officer, you will:

  • Assist customers with their Home Care enquiries in a polite and friendly manner
  • Have a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Anglicare’s products and services (full training will be provided)
  • Monitor, prioritise and action referrals
  • Ensure all client data is accurately gathered and documented using our internal programs and systems

About You:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care/Community Services or equivalent
  • Previous experience in Home Care/Community/Aged Care (desirable)
  • Demonstrated experience in Customer Service with a high level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills – understanding of Microsoft Teams, Office/outlook programs
