Pay rates between $ $56.76 per hour + super
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 30/08/2024 with potential extension
Location: Sydney Olympic Park , 1 day wfh may be negotiated but will not be initially available due to training

About your new role

The Customer Engagement Officer is responsible for championing positive customer outcomes by supporting the organisation and stakeholders to provide best practice customer service as well as delivering timely, quality and professional responses to enquiries and feedback.

Key accountabilities
Deliver exceptional customer service to stakeholder, community and visitors as a frontline representative of the department, including effective first line response to enquiries and feedback through multiple communication channelsLiaise with relevant staff regarding the referral of complex enquiries and complaints and maintain a professional and friendly manner in all customer interactionsArrange, administer and supervise the provision of high quality customer service requirements at priority events, programs,activations and partnership projects.Undertake community engagement activities to gain customer insights which inform evidence-based decisionExecute a range of business processes and administrative duties to support internal stakeholders, including, but not limited to, maintaining records of customer feedback and complaints and producing regular reportsComply with privacy requirements and legislative obligations and manage informal GIPA requests ensuring confidentiality, privacy and integrity of information What you will need
Familiarity with using Salesforce for handling customer cases is a must.
