As our Procurement Administrator, reporting to the procurement Commercial Manager, you will provide support to the Group Procurement Team and assist in the implementation of new procurement processes (related to risk, two-way supplier communication, supplier onboarding)

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will aid the procurement team in completing their administrative tasks, while learning all there is to know about procurement with a view to growing and building your career in procurement/finance

A few of your responsibilities

Support Procurement Category Managers & Specialists by updating coordinating supplier risk assessments and subsequent administration in the contract management platform [Gatekeeper] – including setting deadlines and following up with business to ensure completion. Support with the implementation of the group’s new contract management platform; including maintaining the correct mapping of 50 legal templates. Support Procurement Category Managers & Specialists by administering supplier related KPI’s (loading KPI’s for key suppliers in the system and ensuring performance issues are recorded and followed up on in conjunction with operations). Input and maintain all contracted supplier contract details in order to have an accurate communications database. Assist in the coordination and collation of supplier surveys (related to modern slavery, self-assessed risk statements, Financial Crime & Cyber assessments, etc).

Experience working with teams across multiple businesses and locations Experience working in service industries and fast paced dynamic workplaces Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times Highly motivated, with the ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritise work schedules and competing priorities Excellent communication & organisation skills Ability to display a sense of urgency, yet possesses an eye for detail Comprehensive skills/knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

You are a seasoned administrator with an organisational sense second to none. Coming from data analytics, office management or corporate reception roles, you are comfortable navigating through all administrative requests.
