Locations We’re Hiring For: In addition to Castle Hill, we have casual café positions available at Caddens, Forestville, Glenhaven, Gordon, Kirrawee, Minto, Oran Park, Paddington, The Ponds, Turramurra, Warriewood, Winston Hills, Woollahra, and Woolooware Shores.

Your Role: As a Café All-Rounder, you’ll be doing more than serving coffee – you’ll be creating an atmosphere that feels like home for our residents Your key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering top-notch customer service with warmth and a smile
  • Preparing food and beverages with care, including crafting delicious espresso coffee
  • Operating our POS system and managing payments effortlessly
  • Ensuring the café is always tidy, welcoming, and ready for action – from setup to cleanup
  • Supporting events and activities that bring life to our villages
