Joining the Coco Republic Administration Team
In this role you will provide administrative support to the Retail division and ensure smooth coordination of client orders with suppliers, warehouse and designers in line with corporate objectives.  This role is also a support role within other Coco Republic administrative teams when required.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate the administration process for retail orders
  • Purchase and receive goods within our in-house inventory system
  • Prepare and generate local purchase orders for retail orders
  • Create return authorisations for change of mind returns
  • Order Amendments and Cancellations
  • Item Code Creation for local suppliers
  • Assist with preparation and order processing of sales generated from clearance sales
  • Compensation Gift Cards
  • CRM Creation
  • Invoicing 
  • Order Management

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Process driven
  • Sales Administration experience with Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Oulook, Word, Excel)
