**About the Organisation**
Our client is a NFP organisation based in the heart of Sydney's CBD. They work with governments, businesses, and other organisations from across Australia to develop the insights, resources, and programs that are needed to build a sustainable future.

**About the Role**
As the Administration Coordinator, you will provide a high level of administration support to the organisations internal and external stakeholder whilst also following up on any non-compliant issues.

You will be enthusiastic about providing a high level of service and support to others whilst also having an interest in information and processes. You will have an excellent eye for detail with strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with others.

This role would suit someone with a background in Administration, compliance, document auditing or coordination.

**Duties include**:

- Manage the compliance checking procedure
- Provide a high level of administrative support and be the first point of contact for all compliance-related matters
- Maintain accurate records on the CRM system (Salesforce)

**To be successful you will have**:

- Previous experience in highly detailed administration and process improvement role
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to a high level of accuracy
- Experience using Excel, Microsoft office & CRM systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
