What's the Role:

Reporting to the Order Fulfilment Team Lead you will ensure both Internal and External customer satisfaction through timely and efficient fulfilment of internal & external orders, and provision of support to maintain effective logistics function across the defined region.

With your excellent organisational skills, you will thrive in a busy role and deliver timely, accurate and effective processing of sales orders and purchase orders to enable accuracy in order fulfilment.

You will be well-versed in and committed to upholding compliance with international, local, and internal regulations concerning business practices, modern slavery, and sanctions. This commitment ensures ethical standards are maintained and potential risks are minimised.

You are a collaborative individual and will work closely with the Bradken Sales teams and Freight and Purchasing staff liaising about orders from manufacturing plants and other third-party suppliers to ensure customer requirements are satisfied.

With utmost customer focus, you will support our Sales teams in providing up-to-date reporting on the progress of orders for the region.

As a Key Technical Criteria:

Experience in Customer Order Management Working experience in mining-related background preferred, but not essential. Sales support experience in a similar role preferred, but not essential. Salesforce accreditation, preferred, but not essential. Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills essential
The role can be based in Townsville.
