About the role
We are seeking a Business Development & Marketing (BD&M) Coordinator to provide responsive and high quality business development, marketing and administrative support to the BD&M team.
Our BD&M team is responsible for managing client events and seminars, the project management of tenders, reviewing and editing content of marketing materials and strategic planning for practice groups, branches and individuals.
Reporting to the Business Development & Marketing Manager, the primary objectives of this role will be to:

- Event management support and coordination;
- Support in the coordination of tender responses;
- Contribute to ongoing developments of the VGSO's website and intranet;
- Assist in development, layout, and proof-reading of client communications;
- Maintain photo and image library and organise photo shoots for staff;
- Offer support to organisation with branding documents; and
- Coordinate staff attendance at professional association events.

Skills and experience
- Demonstrated experience in providing high quality marketing or communications support, ideally within a professional services environment but not essential;
- Strong written skills, including an ability to write with impact;
- Excellent attention to detail with an ability to take initiative, plan and prioritise; and
- Experience in event management, using content management tools and Customer Relationship Management systems is highly regarded.
