Join a successful branch working closely with Account Managers, Operations, and the Leadership team, to develop all necessary machine programs and processing instructions for our processing machines, including technical assistance in relation to processing capability.


Your responsibilities will include:

• Generate CNC programs from drawings, plans or data files for processing equipment
• Generate estimates and quotations for processed goods in line with pricing policy 
• Follow up on quotations with customers within business guidelines
• Engage and assist the sales team in fulfillment of customer processed steel requirements
• Keying orders and data entry

We are looking for a team player with strong problem-solving skills, a customer focused mindset and a high level of computer literacy. 


To be successful in this role you will have:

• Demonstrated and relevant work experience, preferably within the Steel Industry or related industry
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills appropriate to all levels of the organization
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of SAP, Fast Cam, Peddimat, CRM systems, AutoCAD or similar highly regarded
