The Role:
In this role you will be establishing contact with third parties directly that are at fault within motor vehicle accidents. Through a strategy process to confirm claim details, identify liability, traiging of claims, managinging recovery of uninsured claims whilst achieving cost effective and quality claims handling.
Your primary responsibilities will be:
- To provide a personalised, seamless customer experience for at fault third parties by educating, negotiation and providing appropriate solutions for their customers
- To ensure the best possible recovery outcome occurs by proactiveily contacing our thir party customers to obtain critical information
- To ensure that all recovery opportunites are managed to the fullest extent by maximising the contact rates with third parties
What are we looking for?
- No insurance experience required
- Sharp eye for detail
- Well grounded negotiaton and communication skills
- Able to deal effectively and confidently with conflict
- Effective time managemnet capabilities
- Confidence in decision making
- Self motivated and able to work unsupervised
- Previous debt collection, paraleagal or insurance claims experience will be highly regarded
