What this job involves:

We are seeking a highly motivated Leasing Executive to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity into commercial real estate leasing and to build a successful career with a global industry leader.

A snapshot of the role:

  • Assist senior leasing executives in managing property portfolios and tenant relationships

  • Conduct market research and prepare property reports and presentations

  • Support the leasing process, including property inspections, lease negotiations, and documentation

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date property and tenant information in company databases

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including property management, marketing, and finance

  • Participate in business development activities and networking events

  • Contribute to the preparation of marketing materials and property listings

  • Stay informed about local real estate market trends and competitor activities

  • Strong interest in commercial real estate and leasing

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

  • Knowledge of local real estate market and regulations

  • Experience with real estate software platforms

  • Registered Real Estate Licence as a minimum
