- The Integrations Operations Manager is a new position established in-line with our growth in the design, delivery, and maintenance of government-certified and accredited secure zones. The Manager will be responsible and accountable for the efficient running of the business that enables the continued growth of Omni’s highly regarded secure zones offering.**DUTY PROFILE**
The Integrations Operations Manager will be responsible for managing Branch projects and current business operations and will collaborate closely with the Technical Manager who ensures qualitative delivery of secure zones that effectively meet technical regulations and objectives.**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Manage Branch operations to ensure the business meets its business objectives in line with Divisional strategy and business plan.
- Manage and mentor team members to guide their delivery of works in-line with Omni’s business objectives and positive culture.
- Foster healthy relationships with existing and prospective clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensure collaborative and cooperative relationships with other divisions of Omni.
- Provide ongoing and timely updates on the progress of both current and prospective projects.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL SKILLS**

**Essential Qualifications**
- At least a diploma or equivalent experience in project management (construction and/or facility maintenance).
- Strong experience in the delivery of capital projects.
- Demonstrated experience in running a profit and loss account.
- Experience managing and directing teams.
- The ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance
