Sydney, Australia Amazon Full time

DESCRIPTION

Wifi is the foundation of the modern home. Without it, nothing works. eero, an Amazon company, is the first company to deliver a whole-home WiFi experience using mesh technology, ensuring there isn't a home layout or connected device we can't handle. Fixing connectivity is, however, just the start. We're working on the building blocks of the smart home by designing our own hardware, enabling it with powerful software, and tying it all together to the cloud. A home that anticipates our needs, takes care of us and our families, keeps us safe and healthy, and saves money and energy.

eero is seeking a dynamic, motivated and high-energy Senior Account Manager who is passionate about partnering with some of the region's best retailers to deliver the sales success of eero’s mesh wifi products.

As a Senior Account Manager focused on selling eero devices, you will be responsible for influencing and motivating internal and external partners in the passionate pursuit of customer delight. A self-starter who can listen, form insight, drive strategic vision and execute across organizational boundaries, you will be an all-rounder who influences stakeholders and business partners at all levels to improve program effectiveness and experience for our customers. You will have a passion for innovation in consumer electronics, a willingness to constantly challenge the status quo and the capability to build strong trusted partnerships with some of Australia’s biggest retail brands. For your assigned account portfolio, you will own annual channel planning, sales and marketing strategies, sales results, forecasts, inventory allocations, promotional activities and deployment strategies. This will require you to work with both internal and external teams’ product, marketing, sales, finance and logistics to drive financially viable, high volume programs that provide our channel partners and distributors top-tier business solutions, and best in class customer experiences. You will represent your business performance in meetings and reviews with our leadership and meet regularly with our channel partners' leadership to develop long term strategies whilst executing short term program activations.

Key job responsibilities
● Ownership of key account relationships from buying teams and marketing through to executive management
● Develop new opportunities to sell and promote eero devices, within existing retail accounts, cross category and with 3P, and with new channel partners
● Negotiate and implement trading terms (e.g., discount rate, advertising, placement, returns provisions, payment terms)
● Inventory planning and management to support sales growth goals, working closely with your Instock Management colleagues
● Lead internal and external business reviews covering operational performance, strategic initiatives and creating alignment on new opportunities
● Forecast sales, determine allocations, and plan shipments for each SKU
● Optimize allocation of marketing development funds driving value for eero and Retailers
● Leveraging your industry knowledge and network, apply strong analytical skills to develop and convert opportunities into results

You will get a chance to show off your capabilities including:
● C-Suite communication skills, both written and oral/presentation.
● Strong understanding of financial analyses and forecast accuracy
● Independence, flexibility and focus on solutions
● High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
