We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our Retail team at Snap Aus Pty Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing and nurturing senior-level client relationships, analyzing and optimizing campaign performance, and strategically planning branded and performance video campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners within the Retail vertical.
- Work closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives, ensuring delivery of exceptional customer service.
- Proactively lead product update discussions, educate brands and agencies on Snap's products, and advise on best practices to drive optimal performance.
- Collaborate with client partners and creative strategists to develop innovative digital campaigns on Snapchat, achieving measurable ROI for clients.
- Lead complex projects involving cross-functional collaboration and drive campaign performance data analysis.
- Develop and implement KPI-driven measurement strategies, identify performance trends, and optimize campaigns for results.
- Provide ongoing technical support and real-time analysis for Snap's self-service platform and auction-based tools.
- Develop best-in-class case studies and host weekly pacing and pipeline meetings with clients to determine upcoming launches and campaign performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital media, with a focus on performance and brand marketing, ad-tech, or programmatic.
- Strong analytical skills and experience analyzing campaigns and delivering actionable insights.
- Expert understanding of performance marketing and key success metrics.
- Deep understanding of media management within a biddable auction advertising environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Deep understanding of advertising performance metrics.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and all levels of management.
- Impressive track record of delivering on quota and obtaining positive reviews.
- Ability to lead multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
