Position Specification

As a key contributor to the management team, this person will provide strategic input, drive innovation, and help shape the overall direction of the organization. Proven management skills, business acumen, and the ability to navigate complex business environments will be instrumental in driving TCC Global's growth and maintaining its position as a market leader in loyalty marketing.


This role requires a hands-on approach, where this person will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, research, and business development, to design and implement tailored campaigns that meet client needs and address evolving market trends. Additionally, they will be responsible for the recruitment and development of top talent within the regional sales team, ensuring a high-performance culture and positioning TCC Global as a state-of-the-art one-stop shop for loyalty campaigns in the food retail industry.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for the role of Commercial Director APAC at TCC Global will possess the following qualifications, skills, and attributes:

  • Proven Experience: Relevant experience in sales, marketing, and business development, ideally in the loyalty marketing or retail industry. Previous experience as a Senior Sales or Marketing Director is highly desirable.
  • Business Development Mindset: This candidate should possess a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, with a track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies. Demonstrated experience in identifying new clients, targeting business opportunities, and driving growth is crucial for this role.
