This role requires a hands-on approach, where this person will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, research, and business development, to design and implement tailored campaigns that meet client needs and address evolving market trends. Additionally, they will be responsible for the recruitment and development of top talent within the regional sales team, ensuring a high-performance culture and positioning TCC Global as a state-of-the-art one-stop shop for loyalty campaigns in the food retail industry.

  • Proven Experience: Relevant experience in sales, marketing, and business development, ideally in the loyalty marketing or retail industry. Previous experience as a Senior Sales or Marketing Director is highly desirable.
