**Job Title**: APAC Commercial Support

We currently have a full-time position for an **APAC Commercial Support** role under our SRC APAC Team in North Ryde.

**In this role, you have the opportunity to**:
Organize and maintain commercial documents, contracts, and agreements as well as generate reports and analyze commercial data to support decision-making.

This person will also be supporting the SRC APAC Executive and Leadership Team in terms of meeting set-ups, actions, and documentation.

**You are also responsible for**:

- Sales and Marketing Support - will assist the sales and marketing team with events management
- Contact database management for existing customer contracts
- Input and update commercial data in relevant systems
- Meeting Coordination - schedule and coordinate APAC Leadership commercial meetings; prepare agendas and minutes and maintaining action lists
- Commercial and Administrative Support for the APAC Leadership Team/Executive Team
- Project Assistance

**To succeed in this role, you will bring the following skills and experience**:

- 2-3 years’ experience in Office Administration and Executive Support
- Good team player with strong interpersonal skills as well as an effective communicator (both verbal and written)
- Detailed and Highly Organized and Meticulous
- Highly Analytical with a problem-solving mindset
- Passion for providing innovative solutions, support and exceptional customer experience
