Position Specification
As a key contributor to the management team, this person will provide strategic input, drive innovation, and help shape the overall direction of the organization. Proven management skills, business acumen, and the ability to navigate complex business environments will be instrumental in driving TCC Global's growth and maintaining its position as a market leader in loyalty marketing.
This role requires a hands-on approach, where this person will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, research, and business development, to design and implement tailored campaigns that meet client needs and address evolving market trends. Additionally, they will be responsible for the recruitment and development of top talent within the regional sales team, ensuring a high-performance culture and positioning TCC Global as a state-of-the-art one-stop shop for loyalty campaigns in the food retail industry.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate for the role of Commercial Director APAC at TCC Global will possess the following qualifications, skills, and attributes:
Proven Experience: Relevant experience in sales, marketing, and business development, ideally in the loyalty marketing or retail industry. Previous experience as a Senior Sales or Marketing Director is highly desirable.Business Development Mindset: This candidate should possess a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, with a track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies. Demonstrated experience in identifying new clients, targeting business opportunities, and driving growth is crucial for this role.Relationship Building: Strong relationship-building skills are essential for establishing and nurturing connections with key decision-makers within client organizations. This person must be able to build and maintain long-term partnerships, leveraging their network and influencing skills to drive success.Management and Collaboration: This person must have a proven track record of guiding and developing high-performing teams. They must have a collaborative mindset, the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, and experience in managing real and virtual teams will be instrumental in driving the organization's growth and fostering a culture of teamwork.Retail Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of retail marketing and loyalty programs is highly desirable. Experience working within a retailer's marketing team or an agency with a focus on retail marketing will be advantageous. This candidate should possess a strong data-driven mindset and the capacity to provide strategic guidance in marketing-related aspects of the business.Resilience and Agility: The successful candidate should possess resilience, agility, and the ability to thrive in a highly volatile industry.
