In this role, you will be responsible for growing and supporting Supplier EDI integrations at  Blackwoods. Leading a team of analysts, you will take a hands-on approach and partner with stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions for our suppliers and increase accuracy and efficiency of Blackwood's supplier interactions. 

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and will be based at the Blackwoods National Office, Macquarie Park.

Key Accountabilities 

  • Ensure the effectiveness of all existing and new supplier integrations 
  • End to end project lifecycle management of supplier integrations, from requirements gathering, to successful implementation, change management and transition to BAU. 
  • Plan and define the project timeline in conjunction with stakeholder requirements 
  • Liaise internally across the functional teams to ensure effective project delivery 
  • Developing relationships and proactive stakeholder engagement across the supply chain and operations functional areas.  
  • Provide ongoing activity updates to direct and indirect stakeholders 
  • Lead and provide mentorship to team members, and help uplift Blackwoods EDI domain knowledge and capability 

Skills Required 

  • 3+ years’ experience in EDI/eBusiness project management  
  • 2+ years formal experience in people leadership and coaching direct reports 
  • Sound knowledge of eCommerce EDI document standards  
  • Sound project management skills, managing timelines & resources across multiple projects and conflicting priorities 
  • Willing to consult and contribute to knowledge and develop a knowledge base 
  • Ability to manage internal and external stakeholder groups 
  • High level written and verbal communication skills
