As a Project Manager at Sofico, you will be responsible for planning and executing projects from start to finish. This includes guiding project teams, managing project budget, scope, and schedule, and ensuring all project artefacts are completed and delivered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan all aspects of the project lifecycle using a structured and disciplined approach
  • Guide project teams on continuous improvement and core Agile values and principles
  • Manage project budget, scope, and schedule
  • Provide constructive feedback for Sofico's methodologies and procedures
  • Ensure all project artefacts are completed and delivered

Requirements

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and influencing skills
  • Extensive experience with customer-facing ERP implementation projects
  • Excellent insight into (financial) business processes
  • Proven experience in the management of technical teams
  • Experience in large scale ERP projects and Agile deliveries

About You

  • You are a collaborative and technically astute individual with a strong understanding of product implementations into client environments
  • You have a helicopter view as well as a pragmatic approach and know when to pay full attention to detail
  • You are passionate about driving successful projects to completion and have exceptional analytical skills
