About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Projects Manager to join our growing Services team in Sydney. As an Electrical Projects Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our Services business, overseeing projects within our New South Wales operations, and collaborating with various teams to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting Services projects across New South Wales with a focus on delivery, execution, and governance
  • Collaborating with teams to drive project success and support business strategies for ongoing growth across various customers and markets
  • Overseeing the delivery of current projects and taking a strategic approach to ensure success in future projects
  • Providing expertise in technical requirements and project management, adhering to internal processes and utilizing digital tools
  • Contributing to workforce planning, managing subcontractor resources, and driving proactive business improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Engineering, Technical Trade, Project Management) coupled with proven experience in a similar position
  • Well-developed project management skills and experience gained within a similar organization (Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure)
  • Proven experience in executing diverse technical projects, demonstrating impact and success
  • The ability to partner with various stakeholder groups to achieve innovative customer-focused solutions
  • Postgraduate qualifications and/or PMP certification are viewed favorably
