Key Responsibilities

  • Lead major platform transformation projects in Integration, Data Analytics, Data Hub, Cybersecurity, and Cloud, utilizing industry-agile and hybrid methods.
  • Work in a complex environment with multiple teams, including architecture, business, subject matter experts, and clients.
  • Deliver and manage multiple complex IT projects within clearly defined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
  • Provide expert advice to facilitate the delivery of strategic priorities, drive efficiency, and improve business and customer outcomes.
  • Drive end-to-end process improvements and establish clear pathways to achieve improved customer and business outcomes across various business units and key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of effective business and communication strategies for projects, programs, and initiatives.

About You

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and certifications (Prince 2 or equivalent and Agile PM certification).
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering Transformation projects in Integration, Data Analytics, Data Hub, Cyber, Cloud or any Complex Platform Transformation projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering projects with complex environments of multiple teams including architecture, business, subject matter experts, and clients.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering projects using industry-agile and hybrid methods.
  • Demonstrated experience of procurement process, vendor management/governance.
  • Experience to drive and lead organisational change management at project level.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Ability to build relationships quickly, influence & negotiate.
  • Business partnering experience to provide great outcomes.
