About the Role

Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Siemens Energy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects that meet the highest standards of quality and excellence. Your primary responsibility will be to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with Siemens Energy's Project Management, Project Excellence, Business Conduct Guidelines, and HSE standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Electrical Engineering and/or Transmission Service.
  • Strong knowledge of Transmission Products, Solutions, and Services.
  • Previous experience as a site/field service technician or supervisor is an asset.
  • Relevant training in Project Management, including certification by a professional body, is desired.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
