About the Opportunity

A unique opportunity exists for a part time Team Administrator to join our Brisbane office and become part of a vibrant working environment. Working three days a week, the Team Administrator is an essential and valued member of the team who ensures efficient delivery of priorities. Working across the friendly and dynamic Agency teams, this role will allow you to showcase your existing skills and experience as a Team Administrator and grow within a successful company.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Provide timely and quality administrative support to the agency teams
  • Provide meeting and event support to the teams
  • Expense and credit card reconciliation
  • CRM data entry, ensuring correct property data and details are accurate and up to date
  • Creating and updating online listings on both the company website and external websites
  • Preparation, formatting, and compilation of marketing collateral
  • Coordinate third party suppliers such as photographers, stylists and other services for property campaigns
  • Preparation of e-brochures and direct mail-outs

  • Previous experience in Administration or team support roles 
  • Real Estate experience is preferable 
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
