This role will require you to use initiative and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and to tight deadlines with attention to detail. Our client is after a Administrator/ Team Assistant with exceptional written and verbal communication skills to join their team.

**Key responsibilities**
- Timesheets
- Travel management
- Administrator support in preparing proposals
- Monthly invoicing
- Organisation of events
- Diary management
- Assisting with compliance collations
- Document preparations and correspondence
- Organising work flow for team
- ATO Lodgments
- Filing
- Reception relief
- Preparation of marketing material using MS Office and Canva

**Relevant skills**
- Completing or completed their certificate in administration or has an interest in a career in administration.
- Experience as a personal assistant which includes the following, coordinating client events, desktop publishing experience and interested in formatting presentations are ideal.

To be successful in this role your qualities, skills, knowledge and tasks will include:

- Commitment to efficient administration/process improvement
- Ability to dictate
- Proficient diary manager
- Demonstrated honesty and integrity when managing client information
- Team oriented with an ability to foster effective working relationship within a small team
