About the Role

Team Global Express is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Administration Officer to join our Fleet Maintenance Team. This is a full-time, permanent role with a 9am start, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our workshops across the country, including raising purchase orders to vendors and maintaining compliance standards and documentation.
  • Work closely with Schedulers to ensure 3rd party work is booked in promptly and accurately.
  • Perform word processing and data entry tasks, ensuring all records are kept and well-documented.
  • Process workshop labour onto work orders, accounting for daily, weekly, and monthly business deadlines and data submissions.
  • Ensure all major expenditure is approved before purchase.
  • Process administrative tasks for 3rd party maintenance, using our in-house systems to capture vehicle maintenance data accurately.
  • Process service tasks and receipting into UNIBIS systems.
  • Receipting of orders into Unibis system of 3rd party maintenance, inventory, and other type orders.
  • Reporting and investigating safety incidents and near misses as they occur.
Requirements
  • A high attention to detail.
  • Strong organisation skills.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • A strong attention to safety.
  • Data entry skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
