Workforce Solutions Data Administrator

This role will provide data entry and administration support to the Workforce Solutions team focused on Dimensions.

About the role

Our Workforce Solutions team has a new opportunity for an experienced data administrator to join our team for a 3-month duration (1 October 2024 – 20 December 2024) on a full-time basis.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accessing data from multiple systems used by Healthscope
  • Transcribing and typing high volume data into systems used by the Workforce Solutions team (such as Dimensions) in a precise and timely manner
  • Assisting in reconciliation of data entry as directed
  • Assisting with general correspondence
  • Ensuring confidentiality and privacy are maintained at all times
  • Conducting regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of records
  • Liaising with team on data validation
  • Generating reports and extracting data as requested by team members
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless data flow across the systems
  • Assisting with any service desk related tickets in relation to data.

Essential criteria

  • Proven experience in a similar role (data entry, data administration)
  • Qualification in information technology/ applied digital technologies or related discipline (or working towards same)
  • Foundational knowledge of using diverse systems
  • Worked in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team environment with competing priorities
  • Excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient typing skills and strong attention to detail.


Selection criteria

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in data entry
  • Data entry skills with the ability to quickly and accurately enter data into systems
  • Capacity to maintain focus and precision in repetitive tasks to ensure consistent results
  • Strong ability to follow instructions and adhere to established procedures and guidelines
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Willingness to seek clarification and guidance when needed to ensure compliance with requirements.
