Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

Healthscope is seeking an experienced Salesforce administrator to support our growth agenda through expert management of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This role is pivotal in implementing and maintaining streamlined processes to ensure optimal use of Salesforce across the organisation.

You will facilitate comprehensive education and training in Salesforce, generate market insights and trends through automated data and reporting, and provide essential technical support in collaboration with our IT team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce administration and maintenance
  • Process implementation and optimisation
  • Education and training
  • Reporting and analytics
  • User support, issue resolution and continuous process improvement

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce administrator or in a similar role
  • Experience with data management practices, including data imports, exports, deduplication and data integrity
  • Demonstrated experience in providing user support and training
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing process improvements, workflows, and automation within Salesforce
  • Experience in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with other systems and applications
  • Basic project management skills
