About the Role

The Integrations and BI Developer plays a crucial part in the IT function at HammondCare. This role focuses on all data collected in our business systems, methods of collection, data warehouse design and management, reporting, and providing business teams with the necessary information from our business systems to aid decision-making.

This is a permanent full-time position based at St Leonards with hybrid opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Integration Development: Designing and implementing integration solutions using various technologies including APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
  • System Analysis: Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications for system integration.
  • Building and Maintaining Data Pipelines: Creating and maintaining end-to-end ETL processes across multiple platforms/data sources.
  • Data Extraction and Analysis: Extracting data from multiple systems and sources, transforming, and analyzing to form business insights.
  • Database Management: Creating and maintaining SQL scripts and stored procedures to assist in the ETL pipeline and manage data warehouse.
  • Collaboration with IT Teams: Assisting systems administrators with information required for application support, data migration, data interrogation, upgrades, and configuration changes.
  • Guiding Business Systems Integration: Developing methodologies, processes, and technologies that transform raw data into meaningful and useful information to provide historical, current, and predictive views of business operations.
