Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Assist Account Managers with administrative requirements of managed portfolio of customers.
  • Create success by ensuring sound understanding of invoicing requirements for assigned customers.
  • Complete weekly pre-invoicing checks to ensure complete revenue capture and final invoice accuracy.
  • Process third party invoice charges as per company procedures.
  • Review uninvoiced consignments, identify root cause of the issue and implement resolution to enable final invoice and prevention for future occurrences.
  • Identify and escalate questionable charges and issues to Account Manager or Key Account Manager.
  • For assigned customers receiving specialised invoices, process final invoices and submit via customer external systems on time, ensuring invoices are complete and accurate in accordance with customer requirements.
  • Maintain a reconciliation file to ensure all invoice rejections are monitored and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Rectify customer invoicing issues and complaints, identifying root cause, resolution and preventative actions.
  • Add value to customers and the company by working collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve invoicing accuracy and process efficiency.
