About the role

We have a  permanent full-time opportunity  available in our Melbourne’s CBD office within the Risk, Compliance and Enterprise Services team. This role involves providing high-level administrative, risk, compliance, and insurance assistance. It includes supporting projects, offering risk management advice, maintaining registers, managing compliance processes, and supporting stakeholder relationships. 

Maintain the Maurice Blackburn risk register, and develop strategies to identify and mitigate potential risks Support the implementation of the Third Party Risk Management framework Support in organisational improvement projects, including hard and electronic file destruction, and policy reviews Regularly reviewing rules, reports, and procedures to recognize risks and compliance gaps Coordinating compliance certification and reviews, and the complaints management process Supporting and processing annual insurance renewal program Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships Support the General Manager in the delivery of a range of risk, compliance, insurance, professional standards and project responsibilities

The experience we are looking for

Previous administration, risk, compliance, insurance, professional standards and/or project experience is required Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and general computer and digital literacy is required. Ability to be highly responsive and adaptable Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships A detail-oriented approach to tasks and outstanding attention to detail
