About the role

Berwick Motor Group is looking for an experienced Fleet Coordinator that is passionate about the motor industry and willing to put their already experienced skills to the test in going over and above to provide service excellence to our customers.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and attention to detail focused person, looking for their next exciting and rewarding role. The duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Process quotes and orders in an efficient and timely manner
  • Conduct regular follow-up of quotes
  • Update customers on vehicle deliveries
  • Work with Stock Controller regarding stock allocation and in-coming sold fleet vehicles
  • Work with internal transport/logistics manager for vehicle deliveries
  • Account management of existing customers
  • Build rapport and strong client relationships
  • Explore sales opportunities for growth with BMG's prime market area

About you

Your experience, diligence and determination to deliver consistent performance and customer service excellence, whilst contributing to continuous process improvement will see you succeed in this role. You ideally have:

  • 3+ years experience as a Fleet Coordinator or similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated organisational skills
  • Excellent IT capabilities Experience with Titan would be advantages but not essential
  • Capable of managing time efficient and effectively
  • Ability to work as part of a team
